She has more than fifteen years of experience as a
Human Resources Manager both
in multinational and family companies in various activity fields.
She has worked for companies from 100 up to 1500 employees.
In 1989 she was appointed the position of Human Resources
Manager at Ricoh Spain.
Johnson Diversey recruited her in 1992 as
Human Resources Manager.
During two years she fulfilled the position of Training
and Executive Development at Wintherthur Group. She was responsible
for the Institutional Relations with Universities and Business Schools,
she set up various departments such as a Training and Development Center, a Language School and a Translations & Convention Center.
In 1997 joined Exel Automotive (managing
fifteen operation centres such as Nissan, Seat Pirelli and Ford).
She is used to working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
She has participated in diverse international projects being Responsible
for Training and Development in Europe for Johnson Diversey and Eden Springs.
She has worked in Dayton with the Human Resources Department of Iams
Company (Eukanuba- Procter and Gamble’s Pet food Division) and
in Birmingham with the Human Resources Department of Exel
Automotive Europe in order to execute Ford's Almussafes project.
She speaks five languages.
In 2002 she begins her professional career as an independent Executive
Consultant on People Management, combining this
activity with her dedication as a lecturer in Human Resources Masters
and MBA in different business schools and Universities.
Working closely with the Managing Director (while being a member
of the Board of Directors), has enabled her to have a global vision
of the company, which has allowed her to develop a project manager
profile with a commercial dimension.
Knowledgeable on all Human Resources areas in both People development and
Labour Relations.
